The Experience
A massive project with more plans in the pipeline: this is an amazing place to cluster with family and friends; each building, which can be booked individually, has a spacious feel but there’s plenty of room for preparing food and feasting together if you take the whole place. All are different: the Millhouse modern and bright with eye catching wallpaper; the Stables muted and calm with a central antler chandelier; the Carthouse with a rustic French feel and the Piggery white and light with flashes of colour. Find smart kitchens with double ovens, dreamy feather duvets and pillows, roll top baths in master bedrooms, walk-in tiled wet rooms, large rain shower heads. You’ll be toasty warm with underfloor heating, a hamper awaits, logs are stacked and there are lotions and potions in the bathrooms. If you’re feeling idle you can have your groceries delivered – or even hire a private chef; beauty treatments are offered and there’s a spa and beautiful indoor pool. You’re near to Cheltenham for the races and a plethora of chocolate box villages for serious antique hunting. Spoiling.

The neighbourhood
Local points of interest from Mark Lodge
- The stunning Malvern Hills are on the doorstep of the barns, so you can walk for miles and enjoy the views or relax and have a picnic from the many view points.
- The pretty town of Ledbury is a 5-mile drive. Here you can visit the art galleries, shops, pubs and restaurants.
- The historic Eastnor castle is just down the road, this is a wonderful place to visit with pretty grounds with a large playground. All year round there are plenty of festivals and events. Land Rover experience day is held here and a great day out.
- Morgan cars is situated in Malvern and is another day out not to be missed. The cars can be driven to the barns with a driver where they take you out for a spin then you can stop for lunch at one of Malvern's many restaurants.
- There are plenty of activities for all the family from biking, walking, canoeing, fishing, golfing or riding. All can be organised for you or you can view the folder with a list of things to do in each barn.
- There are plenty of good restaurants and pubs in the local area, the Inn at Welland is a 5-star restaurant nearby, the local pub The Swan at Hanley Swan is very pretty. The Old Duke is a lovely pub and is great for Sunday lunch.

We really loved it here! The barns are beautifully decorated and the swimming pool is gorgeous. Open countryside surrounds you with wonderful walks from the top of the lane up into The Malverns. Ledbury is very close and has everything you need. Mark was very helpful and quick to respond to emails and Terrie the housekeeper was so nice and even baked us a lovely cake. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all, I cannot recommend this place enough. We hope to return one day.
