Always a delight to stay at College Farm. We love the huge beds and crisp linen, large rooms and hot showers, the books and antique pieces everywhere. Nothing is too much trouble for our hosts. We always get a warm welcome at the big old table in the dining room: tea and cake on arrival; interesting chats; a delicious breakfast at the time of our choice. And just a walk down the lane to the medieval church and the Chequers pub beyond. Our favourite B&B by a long a chalk.

We had a wonderful stay at College Farm. Katherine's warm welcome made us feel very special. She's an excellent cook and her historic home is not only beautiful but also very comfortable. We appreciated her recommendations for trips and thoroughly enjoyed spending time in such an exceptional B&B.

Our three nights at College Farm were memorable. The venerable house was charming and Katharine could not have been more accommodating. Her sumptuous breakfasts included eggs from her own chickens, which could be seen roaming around the extensive grounds. There are almost no dining options nearby, which is not a problem since nothing would compare to the spread Katharine can offer you. In short, if you are planning to be in the vicinity you would be remiss not to stay at College Farm.
