After several years inspecting Sawday's properties, Fritton Lake has been a surprise and a unique experience. Its very remoteness has already given it a cachet among the cool Norwich set, and what gives the project its heart and its excitement is the sense of being part of an enormous thousand-acre project to return it to the wild. Yet the focus has to be the two-and-a-half-mile long lake.
