Beautiful cottage, kept immaculately, with everything needed for a stay. Friendly and welcoming hosts. Couldn't recommend more.

Ken & Sally were perfect hosts and their cottage was the perfect London get-away - neat, tidy, comfortable and very well appointed with a beautiful garden. The location was perfect too, in close proximity to the best of North Norfolk.

Such an idyllic cottage, and we were made to feel so welcome (even the sheep nearby said hello!). Everything was impeccably clean and functional, the house was warm and cosy and the beds and bedlinen were so comfortable! So lovely to come back to after days spent discovering the beautiful surroundings and long coastal walks that this part of Norfolk has to offer. Five stars all round! Thank you!

Over the years we have hired many cottages, this is one of the best if not 'The Best'. The cottage is full of charm & character with beautiful gardens either side, one belonging to the owners house but available to visit. The Little Barn is in a prime location both peaceful & relaxing. On our first full day we only had the sound of a light breeze in the tree tops and bird song. Ken & Sally have made a place of tranquility here & we will be back next year.

Our week spent in Little Barn was delightful. From the moment we arrived we felt at home in this beautiful and well equipped cosy property. Owners Sally and Ken could not have made us feel more welcome. Ideally situated for taking lovely walks down quiet rural lanes into and around the village of Briston - and only a short drive to the towns and villages along the coast. With its own beautifully designed garden, alfresco dining beckons when the sun is shining. All in all a great place to enjoy the many delights of this part of Norfolk.
