- The house and garden aren’t suitable for wheelchair users – access to both have steps
- Some rooms have slight changes in floor level, so guests with mobility issues may need to take extra care
- Dogs are allowed but must be well behaved and kept on a lead in the garden, as the field in front of the house has sheep and cows
