A perfect base from which to explore this beautifully compact historic town. A wealth of independent shops, cafes and bars in areas with names dating back to medieval times: Wyle Cop; Dogpole; and Bear Steps. Walk beside the River Severn then return to cool uncluttered spaces in which to enjoy some very good local produce and drinks.
