A very comfortable, clean , characterful and welcoming place . two nice pubs to eat in 3 minutes walk away in a small and lovely vIllage. Couldn’t be easier. Shirley made us feel at home and breakfasts are excellent. Thank you.

Jointure Studios is divine! Everything you could possibly desire is here. Gloriously comfortable beds and bedding, beautifully thought out interior design, lovely view over the garden and delightfully presented copious breakfasts. It was a wonderful break for two friends looking to escape for a couple of days. Thank you so much Shirley and Kevin.

Shirley has really thought about, and continues to think about, what makes a B&B special and that ensures that this happens. The freedom of the fresh part of the breakfast arriving outside the door is lovely and unusual. The stylish decor makes the rooms a pleasure to be in and the views of the garden are lovely. You are also welcome to stroll or sit in the garden if you want to. The bed is a massive 6-foot wide with a lovely, floaty duvet and plump pillows. It might be difficult to get out of!

A beautiful house and a warm welcome. Everything was excellent for our two night stay here. Shirley welcomed us to her lovely house in the middle of the delightful village of Ditchling. Our studio apartment was quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was fruit, yogurt, eggs and bread provided on a tray for us to use as we wished. The nearest pub, The Bull, served excellent and imaginative food. There is lots to see and do in the surrounding area.
