- There's parking for one car on the verge and free parking a short walk away in the village
- The neighbours keep chickens which you can see through one of the windows
A lovely place to stay - the sunny living area is the total width of the cabin
so there's loads of space. The wildflower garden and the river are rich with
wildlife so sitting on the loggia will be addictive and you can walk to the
village pub if you don't feel like cooking.

Riverside cabin was absolutely perfect, clean well presented, very comfortable bed white bedding. Kitchen has everything you need, open fire for chilli nights. We loved the peace and quiet with just the sound of the river. Louisa left a bottle bubbly and biscuits lovely. The local pub is great ( The Crosskeys) we had fantastic meal and game of darts. Being central was great, hour and bit to Edinburgh, Selkirk 5 miles and Peebles nice place to visit the hills great to escape We love Scotland and the cabin so hope to go back soon .
