The Experience
Sensitively restored, this Arts and Crafts house is steeped in history yet comfortable and contemporary. Curated with antiques, the manor has a sense of luxury that sits easily within its grand proportions – all the rooms are genuinely generous, bathrooms included. Seven individually named bedrooms, each reflecting the landscape and history of this corner of Wales, are cosy and thoughtfully dressed.
At the heart of the house, the sitting room has an open fireplace, deeply squishy sofas, and glorious light pouring through windows framing views of the Menai Strait and Eryri mountains. Pull on your boots and head through the woods to the Anglesey coastal path, or fire up the barbecue and drink in the view from the terrace.
The formal dining room is grand for a group, while the well-equipped kitchen is convivial with large glass doors keeping those views in sight. After dinner, sink into the hot tub and gaze at the stars.
