Pont Faen

Pont Faen is an idyllic country cottage in a peaceful and private setting down a long country lane. We had a wonderful stay here, zip wiring, abseiling and canyoning. The cottage fitted the five of us in well with excellent facilities. The furnishings and linen were perfect and the wood burning made a wonderfully cosy sitting room. The kitchen was very well equipped and the breakfast room worked very well in terms of layout.

This was 'lock down' year and it was so important for us to find an outstanding property in a quiet location that we could use as a base for exploring the Lyn Peninsular and visit Anglesey. We could not have chosen better. We were absolutely delighted with the property and its location. Despite all that Covid could throw at us we were able to enjoy a truly wonderful holiday, one that will not be forgotten and which we shall undoubtedly return to when the opportunity presents itself.

Utterly magical cottage. First class cleanliness, finish, facilities, fixtures and fittings. Surprisingly spacious for the 5 of us too. We loved our time here and didn't want to leave. The peace and quiet is remarkable; the tranquility seems to absorb any stress out of you..!

A very peaceful, quiet and tranquil place that has clearly been renovated to a high standard. Extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very well located to explore local area, beaches etc. We had a great week and would certainly return. I have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Great cottage, great location as it's close to nice villages and the amenities in the cottage are good. Only small issues such as difficult pathway to the house with a wheelchair but other than that has everything you need and ample parking. Driveway is further than you think so just keep driving!! Booked to stay again next year.
