Bwthyn Lil, St Davids

We stayed 5 nights in this beautifully designed and furnished cottage overlooking the cathedral. The location is brilliant, we walked to the coastpath on 2 days rather than get in the car and there are plenty of places to eat if you don't want to cook. If you do cook the kitchen is so well-equipped it makes it easy. There are lots of thoughtful extras provided. We loved the pictures on the walls and view from our bedroom window and there is a balcony for warmer times. The garden is really well cared for and designed to make the most of the space with 3 seating areas. Wonderful!

Bwthyn Lil is a lovely cottage set off the road in central St Davids. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the tin of homemade Welshcakes was a lovely touch to welcome us. The lounge is lovely and cozy and the log burner worked well. We particularly liked the fact that there was plenty of wood available and more stored outside. The view from one of the double rooms is stunning, particularly on a sunny day. Having stayed in St Davids numerous times, I can confidently say that this is the best cottage I’ve stayed in. Diolch!

The cottage is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, was spotlessly clean and when we arrived Dawn dropped in to give us all the house information. Everything was as promised, with the heating on making it very warm and welcoming. And of course the view over the cathedral is second to none. Combined with good weather to take advantage of the spectacular walks, the lovely wood burning stove built up each evening to keep us warm and cosy, we couldn’t have asked for more. We will definitely be back and will have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family.

Absolutely brilliant. Very central in St David’s. Beautiful cottage that is incredibly well supplied and super clean. Comfy beds and soft towels. 3 of us stayed a week in this delightful cottage, which was warm, comfortable and sparkling clean. The kitchen had lots of utensils for cooking, but this cottage is on the Main Street, where there are lots of good eateries. We had a local point of contact (Dawn), who was very helpful and we wanted for nothing. The brilliant weather helped make this a memorable visit, but Bwthyn Lil really felt like home.
