Terms and conditions
- The offer is limited to: (a) 25% off a 2-night stay, on a bed and breakfast basis, where breakfast is included as standard if an inn, hotel on B&B. Any additional expenses including food and drinks, upgrades or further nights will be charged at the standard rate; and (b) 25% off a 3-night stay at a self-catering property with any additional nights charged at the standard rate at participating venues (“Participating Venues”)
- Offer is open to all Country Living and Good Housekeeping magazine members (“Promotion Guests”), aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Country Living and Good Housekeeping magazine, the Sawday’s group of companies, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Sawday’s may require any information that is considered reasonably necessary to verify your eligibility
- Participation in this offer requires access to the internet
- Promotion Guests will be required to quote a valid redemption code to receive the discount of 25% off the full price of a 2-night stay at an inn, hotel or B&B or 3-night stay at a self-catering property.
- The offer is valid from 16 March, up to and including 30 May 2026. Exclusion dates to be specified in advance : (a) 3 April - 6 April 2026 inclusive ; (b) 2 May – 4 May 2026 inclusive ; (c) 23 – 25 May 2026 inclusive
- The offer is exclusive to Promotion Guests. Customers will not be able to access this offer except via the promotion
- A full list of places to stay included in the Participating Venues will be made available at https://www.sawdays.co.uk/country-living and https://www.sawdays.co.uk/good-housekeeping/ throughout the entire offer period
- Stays are subject to availability at the time of booking
- Stays must be taken before 30 May 2026.
- Promotion Guests must make their booking directly with the owner of the Sawday’s venue by using the contact details for each owner on their Sawday’s place listing or via their website link
- This offer cannot be used against pre-existing bookings or in conjunction with any other offer. Only one redemption can be used per booking
- The redemption code can be used against multiple visits or venues during the offer period
- Any additional purchases are at the Promotion Guests’ own cost and must be paid in full. Additional terms and conditions may apply at individual venues and certain days may be excluded from the offer – please check with the venue
- Exchanges, refunds, cancellations or any other changes will be in accordance with the venue’s booking terms
- Your contract will be with the relevant Participating Venue, and it comes into effect when a booking / payment has been made. Sawday’s, Country Living and Good Housekeeping will not be held responsible for the actions or omissions of any Participating Venue
- Sawday’s reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion without notice
- There is no cash alternative and the offer is non-transferable
- You agree to indemnify Sawday’s, Country Living and Good Housekeeping in full against all liabilities, damages, claims, demands, legal costs and expenses arising from or in connection with or as a consequence of an act of omission by you, or any third parties arising from a breach of the terms and conditions of the offer
- Promotion Guests must comply with these Terms and Conditions of the offer. In addition, each venue may make the offer subject to their own terms of booking, but the venue must comply at all times with the requirements of these Terms and Conditions of the offer
- Sawday’s, Country Living and Good Housekeeping reserve the right to investigate queries involving possible abuse or misinterpretations of the stated offer. If Sawday’s, Country Living and Good Housekeeping receive complaints from customers, the venue will promptly respond to any queries about that complaint. A member of the venue’s management must make themselves available to answer any queries, where Sawday’s reasonably considers that complaints have been unsatisfactorily resolved
- Sawday’s, Country Living and Good Housekeeping shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this offer where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, coronavirus, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure
- The offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and participants in the offer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
