La Dommerie Gîte de Charme

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Domme. We loved the house and garden and pottering around the town. The house has so much character and the views from the garden are breathtaking. We particularly appreciated how quickly you responded to any questions or problems. It was wonderful to have Gaëlle coming in to keep everything clean and tidy, she is a lovely lady. We hired the whole house for a week. The location is idyllic within the walls of the one of the most beautiful towns in France. Views from the garden are stunning. Bedrooms are stylish and any issues were rectified by the owners rapidly. Canoeing on the Dordogne is available within 10 mins cycle. Several chateau's are within a couple of hours cycle. Thank you for a lovely week.

We couldn't have loved our stay at Francois and Helene's more. First, the home is incredible. Full of character and in a gorgeous setting. We particularly appreciated the ACs, king beds, and en suite bathrooms in every room. And I can't imagine there are many pools in the world where you get a better view than the one at this house! Second, being within Domme, with all its restaurants and shops just a stroll away, was great. The town itself is beautiful, with a great mix of truly stunning views over the Dordogne valley. Finally, Francois and Helene themselves were wonderful hosts!
