- Being lazy and ordering a seafood platter with wine and bread, followed by Breton prune pudding – must be booked ahead
You should know
- It's a 100m walk from the car park over gravel – the owners will help with your luggage and you get a little cart to transport shopping
- The closest restaurant is 4km in Perros-Guirec – easy to walk down, harder to walk back up!
- In the grounds there are three other cottages and four little apartments

Valérie and her family are always discreetly available, and rustic charm here is perfectly balanced by modern comforts and luxury. Relax in the tranquil garden, curl up in a cosy armchair or head to the beach – there's everything you need to unwind, Breton-style.

Louison is an immaculate, very well equipped gîte set in beautiful grounds and only minutes away from the coast. Valérie and family were very welcoming and helpful. Their petit-déjeuners were excellent and if you decide to have the seafood platter you will be in for a treat. It had to be a short stay for us but it was a lovely, peaceful place to relax and unwind.
