I was thoroughly impressed with what Sebastien has single-handedly created here, reviving and upgrading a beautifully located hotel right in the heart of one of the most respected vineyards in France. Gentle and unassuming and not in the least supercilious, he has undertaken to breathe life into this hotel and is willing to go the extra mile to make guests comfortable.
