La Grange du Lac

A lovely house, which was extremely well equipped and maintained. Serge was extremely helpful, but never intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting his recommended places of interest, many of which were new to us. He also helped by booking us lunch at the delightful restaurant only minutes away. We really enjoyed our time at La Grange.

Such a gorgeous place, just like the photographs! We knew as soon as we arrived that we wanted to stay longer and luckily we were able to book an extra night. The house is located within walking distance to the town centre which has a couple of restaurants and an amazing bakery - unfortunately we arrived on a Monday when everything is shut! But we were very happy to spend more time at the house. Serge is very friendly and helpful, always on hand to answer any questions. Everything was great and we’d definitely stay again!

This was our return visit to La Grange du Lac and it was even lovelier than we remembered. Cazals is a pretty town with a bustling market on Sunday, a very good restaurant on the square, bar, chemist, small supermarket and most importantly, an award winning boulangerie! La Grange du Lac is beautifully presented and has everything you could possibly need for a family holiday in the Lot. Serge and his family are wonderful hosts and on hand for anything you may need. We were so excited to return to this little piece of paradise and very much hope to be back.

Honestly one of the most beautiful and special stays. The house and grounds are so magical and everything was an extremely comfortable and relaxing. Serge was amazing in communicating recommendations tailored to our family and what we were looking to get out of our trip. We have so many things and places to visit still that we would love to do that we didn't manage to fit in! The house was extremely well equipped with everything we could have needed. We can't wait to come back! Thank you so much for having us :)
