The Experience

You’re able to walk to almost everything and you’re right on the coastal path, so this is also a good spot for a car-free holiday. The big upstairs sitting/dining room has loads of space and lovely views, the kitchen is on the small side but has all you need for holiday cooking and there are lots of different areas for chilling both inside and out. The terrace by the pool is grand for al fresco meals and you’ll find a barbecue for balmy evenings.

Bedrooms, one upstairs with an en suite and four downstairs sharing a bathroom (there’s a separate loo), are neat-as-a-pin and comfortable, if fairly old-fashioned. The master has its own terrace with that wonderful view. Play tennis at the club 100 metres away, or drop in to the thalassotherapy hotel for a spot of indulgence.

Walks on the coastal path start from the door for glorious ups and downs with sea views and you can spend happy days at the beach in less than a quarter of an hour.
