1. The competition will run between 27.02.22 and midnight on 24.04.22

2. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Sawday’s, Canopy & Stars, Paws & Stay and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

3. Entries to be submitted via the entry form.

4. The prize is awarded to one person – depending on the capacity of the places included in your prize trip, you may be able to bring a guest/guests. 

5. The prize is one of two three night stays in Sawday’s places with two meals (for up to two people) at a Sawday’s pub, and there is no cash alternative. Guest reviews will be required for each of the places visited.

6. Places in the itinerary will be selected by Sawday’s. Stays are subject to availability and must be taken by 1 July 2022, excluding public and school holidays. Any imposed travel restrictions, either national or regional, will apply.

7. Any further costs, such as but not limited to, additional nights, food and drink, travel to and from the destination and travel insurance are not included. Standard terms and conditions of each individual venue apply. 

8. The Sawday’s team will pick a shortlist of five of their favourite entries, the winner will then be voted for by an independent party.

9. The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the competition closing and will have until 1 July 2022 to use their stay. 

10. Entrants can submit as many entries as they like but each entrant will not be included in the shortlist more than once.

11. Entry is exclusively via following the entry form on the website at http://www.sawdays.co.uk/inspection.

12. All information is correct at time of launch [27 February 2022] but may be liable to change.

13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on www.sawdays.co.uk or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion.

15. Sawday’s reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

16. By entering this competition, entrants agree that Sawday’s may: (i) showcase their entries on Sawday’s website and any other media in connection with the competition and use their names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical information (as it appears on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) and entries for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation

17. Photos taken on GPS-enabled devices like iPads, iPhones and other smart phones may include your location data. Sawday’s will not use this data in any way. 

18. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.

19. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.

20. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
