- You do need to pre-book your loungers and umbrellas at the beach club
- It would be tricky to come here without a car as there are few links to public transport
Great location to explore the southwestern area of the island. La Foresteria has stunning views of their vineyard, they produce their own wine and you must try the restaurant. The herb garden is quite special as a view from your dining table. The beach club Insula is five minutes away by car and surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean pine grove and sand dunes.

We didn't stay but we did eat. The food was not only delightfully presented but tasted so good - a rare combination and the staff incredibly efficient and friendly. But the wine! We had the one from Etna and it was perfect.
