The Experience
The smiling team are the heart and soul of this peaceful place and they look after you with genuine kindness. The building is constructed with mindful craftmanship: steam-bent larch wood, clean lines, wide windows and an open layout invite light, air and the great outdoors into every space, with the scent of apples, wood and fresh mountain air flowing freely.
Rooms and suites are gorgeous: some have a sauna, hydromassage tub and balcony, some a private patio; all have sumptuous beds, little fridges and gleaming bathrooms with slippers, bath robes and extra towels for the pool. Little birds will gently wake you, breakfast is a true feast: homemade apple strudel, crêpes, daily cakes, cheese-stuffed frittatas, eggs and crispy bacon, homemade juices.
Float out to the pool area, generously garlanded with gazebos, loungers, tables and chairs, a hammock. Wander the tree-filled gardens to find a fecund meadow bursting with wildlife, unwind.

The neighbourhood
Set at the foot of Mount Gazza and facing the sunny slopes of Paganella, this is a land of shimmering lakes, ancient vineyards, fairytale castles and timeless villages – walks will be sublime and there are routes for every level. Local points of interest from Francesca & Moreno
- Bio-pool: A swimming pool in the heart of the garden, in the embrace of the surrounding mountains and in perfect harmony with nature.
- Our farmhouse is a place of peace: here you can "listen" to the silence and feel an immediate connection with the land.
- The "La Dolce Mela" breakfast buffet is curated in detail, with a fine selection of organic and farm-to-table products. Ready to enter into a dimension of genuine flavours?
- Picnic Experience: an idyllic meadow by the lake, a blanket on the grass, fresh air and many genuine local delicacies. Upon request and for a fee, we are happy to prepare a picnic basket.
- Local products: Organic apple juice made by us, jams, honey, extra virgin olive oil, pasta and local wheat bread, IGP speck and malga cheese are just some of the delights that we propose.
- The silence of the surrounding fields awakens the senses, whileyour gaze falls on the valleys of Terlago and Toblino.
