- Although breakfast is provided and guests are welcome to bring in takeaway or enjoy a pizza, this might not suit those who prefer a kitchen
- Not ideal for people with reduced mobility, as the entrance path is gravel and one of the rooms is on the first floor, accessible only by stairs

You won't forget having a coffee under the huge oak with the company of Bruna the dog or a lovely chat in front of the fireplace!

Giovanna is outstanding. Everything one expects in a Sawday’s place and so much more. Bruna the golden retriever is an added bonus! The place: quiet, safe, professionally and functionally decorated. Felt like home. The food: each morning there was a different home baked item in addition to the Italian breakfast fare. The location: Venice is easy by train. Bassano del Grappa is a gem. Verona and Padua are easy too. There are small towns like Cittadella close by too. Giovanna is a life saver for both recommending and booking restaurants. Our Christmas Day meal was legendary.
