Villa Kaete

We travelled with two kids and we're surprised to learn that we were the only guests. On the evening we arrived Sonia immediately recommended and booked a local restaurant. This was exemplary for how we experienced our stay with her, truly make us feel welcome. After a day on the beach we could relax in her garden and enjoy the pool. The breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

We were warmly welcomed by Sonja upon our arrival. The place, Villa Kaete, is a heaven where you feel the warmth, the cosiness,...it is as if time stood still. What a nice feeling, compared to the hectic of the big cities bursting of life but also of tourism. We occupied 2 wonderful rooms decorated with much love and sense for details. Breakfast was heaven, sitting outside under the blooming percola with nicely perfumed glycines. A place where I and my daughter would love to come back, to just relax and enjoy.

We absolutely loved staying here at Sonia’s wonderul house. The local area is amazing with its beautiful beaches, stunning sunsets and great restaurants. It’s very authentically portugese, we found it to be the perfect spot on our trip between Nazare and Setubal. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends and family.
