1. The competition will run between 28th May and 23:59 GMT on 28th June. The winner will be contacted by 25th July. 

1. Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged over 18, excluding employees of Sawday’s, Trainline, and their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. 

1. Entries to be submitted via the entry form at https://www.sawdays.co.uk/responsible-travel/  

1. One entry per person. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified. 

1. The prize consists of four 2-night stays at Artist Residence properties, one at each of the following locations: Brighton, Bristol, Oxfordshire, and Cornwall. Each stay is for 2 people sharing and includes breakfast. In addition, the winner will receive a £200 Trainline voucher to be used for travel to one of the destinations. 

1. The prize must be taken by 31 March 2026, subject to availability and the blackout dates listed below. Travel must be booked in advance and the Trainline voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. 

1. Property-specific blackout dates and restrictions: 

• Brighton: Sunday–Thursday stays only. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays, School Holidays, Great Escape Festival, and May to September. 

• Cornwall: Excludes Bank Holidays, School Holidays, and May to September. 

• Bristol: Sunday–Thursday stays only. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays, School Holidays, and the months of June, July, and September. 

• Oxfordshire: Sunday–Thursday stays only. Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Bank Holidays, School Holidays, July, and the following events: 

• Blenheim Nocturne Festival (17–22 June) 

• Blenheim Palace Flower Show (26–29 June) 

• Silverstone Formula 1 (3–6 July) 

• Wilderness Festival (31 July–3 August) 

• Blenheim Horse Trials (18–22 September) 

1. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent or greater value. 

1. Any further costs, such as additional nights, meals, or expenses beyond the prize inclusions, are not covered and are the responsibility of the winner. 

1. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. 

1. Winners will be selected and prized allocated at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date. 

1. The winner will be contacted by email within 14 days of the competition closing. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, the prize may be awarded to another eligible entrant. 

1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its control. 

1. By entering, participants agree to share their name and email address with the Promoter for competition administration and newsletter purposes. Data will be handled in accordance with the Sawday’s privacy policy.
