- There is air conditioning, but only in the bedrooms and you are respectfully asked to only turn it on at night
- A big hire car doesn't work going up the drive - you need a small one
The views of the Sierra Tratmuntana from the house are stunning. Sitting
in the lush garden and watching the sun set on the peaks makes it even
more enticing given the sea is just a 10-minute drive away. The traditional
house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday, and a short stroll into the
beautiful town of Sóller, makes staying here totally stress free.

We are a family with 3 teenagers & booked David's second home for 10 days. The previous reviews are very accurate, the views from the pool are stunning and the house is beautifully furnished & equipped. It is a nice stroll from Soller town and our kids loved the autonomy of going to Soller or taking the tram to Port Soller. We visited beautiful towns like Deia & Valldemossa by car and loved early morning walks to nearby pretty villages like Fornalutx & Biniaraix. Soller has nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The roads in Soller are narrow so rent a small car for ease of driving. Will return.
