Cas Panares

Cas Panares surpassed all our expectations, the house is homely and has everything you could need, plenty of comfortable indoor seating and two dining areas one inside and one outside. The views from the house and gardens are stunning, surrounded by mountains and it's so peaceful. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of sun loungers and seating plus two large umbrellas for shade. Soller is a fabulous town, full of local tradition, we were lucky to visit during the festival of St Bartholomew so there was a lot going on. Would love to stay in this beautiful villa again!

Fantastic and so charming house. The garden is so beautiful. The pool amazing. Short walk to main square in Soller with restaurants etc. Aircondition perfect. The mountains surrounding the property makes the greatest background. Would highly recommend!

Stayed here late June early July 2023. Lovely house, gardens and pool. The house was fantastically equipped with everything you could need. Every room beautiful. Great setting and views of the mountains. Really handy to the town centre and all facilities. We didn't have a car and managed to entertain ourselves easily for a week - although we were quite happy to stay at the house enjoying the garden and pool a lot of that time!

We loved everything about our stay in Soller. The house was so lovely - beautiful, comfortable, and easy to walk to every thing. We made lemonade and enjoyed the pool. Soller is a friendly and vibrant town. David made everything about our stay easy. If you're looking for a magical Mallorcan vacation - this is it.

Lovely, charming and romantic. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cas Panares. Super quiet location nestled against the Tramontana mountains but within a 5 min walk to the city center. Perfectly manicured grounds with lemon & orange trees. The pool was fabulous. Beautifully decorated and generously equipped. Will be back sometime!

Property is spacious and well equipped, pool area is clean and well maintained. Communication with owner was excellent and accommodating, we enjoyed our stay very much. The location in Sóller is a little challenging with the road system, but worth the effort.

You would struggle to find a more perfect spot - a stunning, tasteful and well equipped house in a secluded garden with pool and gorgeous views within easy walking distance of Soller town centre. Easy journey from airport, food delivery service and lovely owners all add to a fantastic holiday experience.

This property is perfect. We did not want to leave. The host was helpful with all of the queries we had before and during the stay. We fell in love with Soller. The city centre is beautiful and we found so many places to eat. We would love to come back. The view from the pool is stunning!

An absolutely fantastic week in this stunning villa, set amongst some breath taking scenery. This is a wonderful home, very spacious (we didn't even use all the rooms), with a particularly good kitchen to make cooking 'at home' as special as eating out. And the pool is fantastic too, and a wonderful way to soak up the views throughout the day. It's a perfect base for walking into Soller town for groceries, meals and coffees - and the nearby trams, trains and buses make Port de Soller and Palma extremely accessible without needing a car. We hope to be back again soon!

We visited for 10 days in August. House was as lovely as we were expecting, spacious, comfortable, a feeling of a very much loved and lived in house. Pool and garden are beautiful and the seemingly unlimited supplies of lemons made for great lemonades and G&Ts. Soller is a delight and a short stroll away, you wouldn't need to get in your car all week if you didn't want to and you can get to the sea easily by tram. House is well set up for the off-season with central heating, as well as AirCon in each of the bedroom which was a real blessing given the heat. Would highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the house. It's in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful gardens. Rain or sun it's the perfect home away from home. Super close to town and shops. David, our host was pleasant to interact with and very responsive. Make sure to rent a small car as the access to the house is limited. I hope to be back!

We stayed for a week in early September. This house is definitely not your average holiday rental, it is beautifully furnished throughout and extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden and large pool make the most of the stunning setting and it is a short stroll into town which has some excellent restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended, but beware the narrow access road if hiring a car.

We are a family with 3 teenagers & booked David's second home for 10 days. The previous reviews are very accurate, the views from the pool are stunning and the house is beautifully furnished & equipped. It is a nice stroll from Soller town and our kids loved the autonomy of going to Soller or taking the tram to Port Soller. We visited beautiful towns like Deia & Valldemossa by car and loved early morning walks to nearby pretty villages like Fornalutx & Biniaraix. Soller has nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The roads in Soller are narrow so rent a small car for ease of driving. Will return.

We had a great time in this beautiful, peaceful house. Every little detail inside and outside the house is beautiful. We spent 10 days for home office and relaxing, the wifi worked well and there is enough space for working. Often, we could not decide in what corner of the House or garden to stay. We slept very well Thanks to the peacefulness of the surrounding and the very comfortable bed. The views are amazing, the pool has the perfect size and color, the uncountable lemon trees give the juiciest, best lemon juice we have tasted. We will definitely come back! The views of the Sierra Tratmuntana from the house are stunning. Sitting in the lush garden and watching the sun set on the peaks makes it even more enticing given the sea is just a 10-minute drive away. The traditional house is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday, and a short stroll into the beautiful town of Sóller, makes staying here totally stress free.
