• The prize is £1,000 towards one of the properties in the collection. The balance / value of which will be paid directly to the owner of the property listed on the Sawday’s website, against your stay 

• Any remaining balance above the prize value will be required to be paid by the winner

Only one entry per person, per competition is permitted.  

The open/close dates for each competition are stated above.  

Sawday’s will choose one winner at random for each competition.   

The final holiday prizes will depend on property availability, and we reserve the right to choose the closest alternative property if the initial property featured is not available. 

No cash alternative is available.  

The competition winner will be notified within 14 days of the closing date of each competition. 

The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the promoters reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail 

Prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Sawday’s Canopy & Stars and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry is limited to one per person. 

The stays are non-transferable and are subject to availability. 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on https://www.sawdays.co.uk/  or during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does. 

By entering the competition you agree to share your name and email address with Sawday’s, your data will be retained and covered by our privacy policy. 

By opting into newsletters from Sawday’s, you agree to the terms and conditions. 

The Promoter will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion. 

The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). 

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
