The Boathouse

The boathouse is the most beautiful property nestled away with its own beach. Homely and comfortable with all the amenities you could possibly need. Our family stayed for a very important birthday and couldn't have had a better time. The only way I can describe this property is that it is incredibly special!! Will definitely return.

The Boathouse is an absolute delight and a joy to return to such a luxurious well appointed and cared for property after a day spent sightseeing at The Lizard or Falmouth maybe, both within easy reach - or visiting local villages and secluded coves. The location is on the coastal path and the scenery can soon become beautifully rugged, inland the villages, like Helford, are just a treat to the eye, nestled on the banks of the river ! With the sound of waves lapping on the shoreline and views to die for, this is truly a gem of a property in a location to die for !

Just to say thank you and let you know that we had the most wonderful weekend in your fabulous house! What an amazing place and so beautifully decorated and kitted out, you had thought of everything. The children especially loved being so close to the water and spent ages in their kayaks just messing about, it really was magical. In fact, we all loved our stay so much I wondered whether it might be possible to book for the same weekend next year?

What a lovely week we’ve had at the boathouse . Also the weather was fantastic and we were able to use our boat . The boathouse is fabulous, you’ve thought of everything. One little thing my husband noticed the waste pipe outside the kitchen has separated and is allowing water to go into side garden. Hopefully we can stay with you again later.
