- It’s an old place with charm and character – so quite a few steps, both inside and out
- The final stretch of lane is a bit bumpy and narrow
- Mobile signal can be patchy but there's superfast broadband throughout
Overlooking an old cider orchard, a stay at family-friendly Top Barn is like stepping into a secret rural idyll. Lovely Andrew and Emma have thought of everything needed for a truly relaxing stay. The delicious homemade cream tea to welcome you, the array of buckets, spades and crabbing lines to make the most of local beaches and the stunning indoor pool with amazing views is just pure bliss.

Wonderful accommodation in the most idyllic setting. We recently returned having visited some years ago to find it even better than we remembered. The barns are luxurious, comprehensively equipped for families with children of all ages and ideally located to explore all the South Hams has to offer. We will definitely be returning soon.
