Cold Cotes

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. A very warm welcome and so friendly, Sue and Mark are the perfect hosts. Extremely clean, excellent breakfasts, lovely lounge area with honesty fridge. And Sue's bubbly personality shines through the whole place, she goes much more than the extra mile to look after her guests. Would strongly recommend Cold Cotes to anyone looking to stay overnight in the area.

A very well run establishment offering a high standard of accommodation and service. Our room was spacious and beautifully presented. Breakfast, served in a converted barn, was delicious and plentiful. Sue and her staff made sure that we had everything we needed and more.

Our stay at Coldcotes was excellent the best Bed and breakfast we have stayed at and we have stayed at some really good ones. From arriving to leaving everything was first class,our room was beautiful the breakfast was excellent such a good choice and the cooked breakfast was cooked to perfection great coffee and cakes Excellent hosts. We will be returning in the near future

A wonderful place to stay, big rooms with comfortable beds, lots of attention to detail. Sue and Mark are very welcoming and the breakfasts are terrific.

This is a fantastic place to stay ... a lovely warm welcome from Sue with a pot of tea and homemade biscuits, beautiful big room with our own entrance, spotlessly clean, lovely linen and a big comfy bed. Great breakfast with local produce and homemade jams and Sue and her team of lovely smiley girls ensuring you have everything you need. Even offered a doggy bag of homemade cake as we left. Lots to do in the area - Fountains Abbey, Bolton Abbey and a visit to Harrogate is essential. Would highly recommend Cold Cotes and we’d love to come back in the summer when the garden is in full bloom.
