Wonderful house, wonderful location. All six of us and the dog had a great time. As a thank you, we are leaving six martini glasses for the next time we visit.

We stayed over New Year with two small children and a dog. The house is truly amazing - beautiful, comfy rooms, warm log fires and/or wood burner, toys for the children, a wondrous view over the estuary, a huge garden with a wooden children's hut, all nestled down a peaceful lane well away from everything. On New Year's eve, they had fireworks in Portmerion, and standing on the balcony from the main bedroom felt like it was a private (and very elaborate, impressive - thank you Portmerion estate!) display.

Our family stayed here for the first time in June 2017 for a long weekend and family reunion. we completely fell in love with the home and the truly amazing relaxing location and we just couldn't resist returning again this June 2018 for 10 days. Set on a hill overlooking the estuary the panoramic views are simply stunning with beautiful surrounding gardens the peace and quiet is simply bliss. We met Paul the owner this year, truly first class gent and host, he even popped down to the local chemist when one of our guests was feeling a little worse for wear after the parting.

Beautiful house in a very tranquil spot. Had everything you need to keep a toddler happy, and there are lots of places to visit nearby for toddlers and older children. The large garden was very well fenced so it kept our rascally dog in- a bonus! We especially liked having a piano and the big library and log fires, and that it was only a short drive to a great dog walking beach. All in all a lovely holiday home.
