- The superb setup for children: boardgames, play equipment, books, a sweet little twin bedroom
You should know
- There are two fuss-free bathrooms and a shower room for all to share
- There are lots of steep steps to navigate in the house, so it's not very suitable for those with reduced mobility
- The WiFi is a bit iffy
I love the Ardeche for the rugged charm of the landscape and the beautiful
stone terraces that former generations have laboured to built,
excruciatingly, in an attempt to grow food for their families. The owners
have embraced the style and age of the house and furnished it with
charming antiques. The outside is a garden of terraces and hidden lawns,
culminating in a glorious pool area. Fun for 14.
