The Experience

Walk along a path with panoramic views (on clear days) of the snow-capped Alps. The city of Piacenza is below you, along with the church tower, olive groves and the crops of organic chickpeas and barley. Each room has its own entrance, comfortable living room and little kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and induction hob. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning – milk, fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, yogurt, jams and breads; take it to the terrace to enjoy the views.

The brewpub, overlooking the brewery, is a great place to enjoy their craft beers, brewed on site – pair them with local cheese and charcuterie boards. The convivial pizzeria has a large outdoor seating area and serves excellent artisan pizzas. There are two e-bikes to borrow, a communal infinity pool to cool off in and it’s a short hop to Piacenza – famous for its regional food. Try superb pasta, pancetta and salami, not forgetting wine.

Whether you come for adventures or simply to laze about drinking beer, it’s lovely here.
