- It's better to come without a car – the traffic is heavy and parking is tricky – there is excellent public transport
- There are steep stairs up to the mezzanine and stone stairs to one of the bathrooms
The flat is located inside a historical building with its charm of another era. You have all the freedom to explore Rome easily on foot, and you can cook your own meals – but you can't miss all the amazing restaurants that owner Andrea has to suggest.

The flat is right in the heart of the main cultural attractions as well as a range of great food shops and markets. For my money the local Carrefour is the best per square inch of any I have been to. There is a pasticerria opposite and good bakeries beyond the Campo dei Fiori. Where was I ? ..Yes very snug and well lit apartment with very comfortable bed and good kitchen equipment plus all Andrea's elegant family heirlooms. Plus two great quirky bathrooms. And then Andrea himself was very helpful and charming with lots of local knowledge. We had a good time.
