You should know
- It's better to come without a car – the traffic is heavy and parking is tricky – there is excellent public transport
- There are steep stairs up to the mezzanine and stone stairs to one of the bathrooms
The flat is located inside a historical building with its charm of another era. You have all the freedom to explore Rome easily on foot, and you can cook your own meals – but you can't miss all the amazing restaurants that owner Andrea has to suggest.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city, but quiet and secure. A clever combination of elegant old and state of the art modern. The apartment. is well served by local trattorias and shops, particularly the ice-cream shop just round the corner. You can discover most of central Rome on foot or catch the near by buses. (Find yourself a bus map) Andrea is a reliable, efficient and personable host, who also arranged our transfers to and from the airport, saving us a lot of hassle. Roger and I hope to return next year. Well worth the long flight from Australia!
