It’s a special place to work

There are around 50 of us here in our colourful, upcycled, recycled, open plan offices slap bang on the water on Bristol’s buzzing harbourside. We’re ten minutes’ walk from the train station, fewer still to a covered food market, waterfront bars and edgy galleries.

And, of course, we’re in striking distance of all those things people love about the West Country: mountains, beaches, rivers, hills and cider. Last Thursday drinks are a popular event and each new team member gets to go on a familiarity trip to one of our places and there are always staff awards for nights away. We have a big communal kitchen (for our regular company lunches cooked by the inimitable Victoria) and a newly arrived concert grand piano. Why? Why not! 


The next leg 

We are now embarking on some pretty exciting new projects, shifting our business model, overhauling our digital world and preparing the company for the next twenty years. We’re just beginning.

We need smart, switched on, ambitious, self-starting, curious, capable people to make this all happen. People who get our culture, share our values and want a job to be, well, more than just a job. The future of travel has never been more exciting – our twenty years’ experience of creating special, life enriching experiences for people is now more relevant than ever.
