- Taking a picnic and having a day out at the beach, or swimming and canoeing in the lakes
- Being away from the tourist traps and immersed in real Portugal, complete with cork trees. Head off by bike, or on foot
You should know
- Public transport is limited, but there are taxis available and the owners can arrange collection from the train station for a charge
- Dogs are welcome but not in all the rooms, so do check
The atmosphere and serenity here is lovely and great for a holiday without any pressures. It would be good for groups to get together as well. Very comfortable rooms, lovely host, and nice to be able to sit outside your room on the terrace.
