Lakeside Retreat

This place of Victoria and Guys is absolutely stunning. I could never have imagined how beautiful and tranquil this place really is. The dogs have loved swimming in the lake to cool off. The weather also was amazing allowing daily bbq’s. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait

Absolutely gorgeous - we were looking for somewhere we could relax and unwind and it was just what we needed - what a find!! Beautifully appointed and furnished, comfy bed (so important) and the grounds, lakes and woods were delightful.

Beautiful place to stay. Very warm welcome from Victoria.The cabin is clean and bright and quite roomy. It is equipped with everything you need. The grounds are stunning, it's like having your own arboretum. The lakes are so clear and full of wildlife, we spent hours just wandering around exploring. It was great knowing the fencing is secure so the dogs could run safely too. Really relaxing week. Hope to return soon.

What a find! This is the most amazing special place to stay , we have never had such lovely grounds and 2 lakes all to ourselves ! Such good value too. It was the most relaxing holiday -we enjoyed BBQ's and the fire pit at night under the stars, rowing in the boat and swimming in the lake, our dog loved it.Delightful owners, Victoria was very helpful and has furnished the property to a very high standard.we will definitely be back.
