- All bedrooms are upstairs. One has mattresses on the floor and low ceilings in the sleeping area
- There is no parking next to the house
- Three of the en suite bathrooms are open to the bedrooms, which may not suit everyone
A hip, arty bolthole for exploring Paris as a group. This quarter is fun, so different from the touristy areas along the Seine. What a great base with family or friends for outings followed by relaxing and cooking together in the huge living area, instead of having to separate into different hotel rooms. I loved the Andalusian-style sunken sitting area, the gorgeous dining area and the artwork.
