Rooms:: 34 + 1: 30 doubles, 3 singles, 1 suite. Apartment for 4-6.
Price:: €120-€180. Singles €80-€110. Suite €200-€250. Apt €220-€300.
Meals:: Lunch/dinner from €40. Wine €16-€50. Half or full-board option for week-long stays.
Closed:: 5 November-22 December.
Directions:: Via Romana parallel to main road through town (Via Aurelia), reachable by any x-road that links the two. Villa at western end of Via Romana.

Some, if not all, bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Bikes on the premises to hire or borrow.

Credit cards accepted; most commonly Visa and Mastercard.

Children are welcome but cots, high chairs, etc are not necessarily available.

Your hosts speak English, whether perfect or not.
