We’ve got so much expertise that one of our inspectors, Nicola Crosse, was chosen to be a judge on Channel 4’s The Great B&B Challenge. She went hoping to find people who would create and run a place with the comfort, character, and generosity we’ve always looked for. Places like all these below, where you can experience authentic France — slow mornings, shared tables, great food and unforgettable hospitality. 

Sawday’s and Channel 4’s The Great B&B Challenge 

  In the Channel 4 show, six aspiring couples compete for the chance to own and run a B&B in a beautiful old building in France. They’re put through their paces as hosts by a panel of expert judges, one of which is our very own Nicola Crosse, who brings her unique Sawday’s perspective, focusing more on charm and warmth than thread counts and facilities. It’s lovely to see such recognition of both her passion and our long-held beliefs on what it means for a place to be special.
