- M40 exit 11. A422 to Northampton, left onto B4525. 2 miles, left to Thorpe Mandeville. 3 miles, left to Culworth. After Culworth, right to Eydon.
We have published a selection of the positive feedback received via our website since February 2007. We do receive negative feedback on some of our properties but we discuss that individually with owners. We appreciate all feedback - for it helps us keep our entries fresh and accurate.
- We discovered a tourist free, picture book village and a lovely listed cottage where even the wisteria was in bloom! Inside artifacts both old and from around the world added to the character of each room and the Georgian four poster and quality bedding provided a good nights sleep. The large roll top bath invited a long soak in the pretty bathroom.
Nothing was too much trouble. Supper was delicious and conversation and stories entertaining. Breakfast included local sausage, village honey, rhubarb from the allotment and home made marmalade and everything was well presented. We really enjoyed our two nights stay and our welcome from Imogen and Porridge (the scottie).

- Beautiful house with amazing character. The 4 poster room is everything you'd expect from a friendly B&B, with crisp linen, huge stone fireplace and plenty of tea and coffee! A cosy room, stunning bathroom, gorgeous breakfast and wonderfully friendly host. Despite the awful weather we would definitely like to return.
