Well Farm

We enjoyed a very comfortable 2-nights stay at Well Farm enjoying the beautiful countryside and exploring the surrounding areas. Our hosts Kate and Edward were warm and welcoming and always on hand to provide us with details of local places to visit. We highly recommend Well Farm.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Well Farm when driving north on our way home from Bath. The accommodation is perfect in every way, and has the added bonus of a spacious sitting room as well as a bedroom and en suite bathroom - a real luxury! The accommodation is beautifully furnished, and the garden and view over unspoiled fields on the outskirts of an attractive village, Frampton Mansell, was nothing short of idyllic. Kate herself was away, but we received the warmest of welcomes from Mary Ann. Nothing was too much trouble, and breakfast was delicious. Very highly recommended!

We had a very comfortable stay at Well Farm and were made most welcome. It has a beautiful garden and also a good Pub nearby. Our breakfast was excellent!

Our 2nd stay at idyllic Well Farm and we will return again! Wonderfully comfortable and so pretty with everything you could possibly want. Very close to many interesting places to visit in the beautiful Cotswolds. We enjoyed every second and Edward and Kate are so kind, helpful and hospitable.

We stayed on Well-Farm for 4 days to explore the Cotswolds. Interesting places to visit can be reached in a short time. We enjoyed every minute of our stay on Well-Farm and appreciated the hospitality of the two hosts - and their two dogs - so much. Actually the 'room' is a complete part of the building with a cosy sitting room on the ground floor and a spacious bedroom upstairs. Everything is very clean and makes you feel at home.

Kate and Edward made us feel very welcome at their lovely farmhouse. Our own separate sitting room was much appreciated. The small posy in the bedroom was beautiful. We slept like logs on a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed scrambled eggs from the farm chickens each morning. They were delicious. The Crown pub within walking distance is well worth a visit. We enjoyed two good hearty meals there. The staff were very friendly and pleasantly attentive. If you are looking for a quiet well located bed and breakfast don’t hesitate to book.

Kate and Edward were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely breakfasts, very comfortable bedroom and we especially liked our own spacious sitting room. Two great pubs close by - The Bell and The Crown Inn. Strongly recommend.

I have had 2 short breaks here in the last 14 months, a period for me of my husband's dreadful illness & death. I was wonderfully well accommodated, fed magnificent breakfasts & given considerable hospitality by Kate & Edward. I found the environment of their beautiful home very peaceful & restorative, & shall definitely return regularly.

This was not a room, but a whole apartment. A great living and also a fantastic bedroom.Tthat in a house with a beautiful garden and very friendly hosts. A very quiteful settlement , and also a fantastic Inn in the direct neighbourhood. Another hidden Sawdays gem, but such a room was altough a surprise! Toplocation!

A beautiful house near a lovely village . Kate and Edward made us feel very welcome. Relaxing and peaceful location. Slept like a log! Nice breakfast! It was great to have our own sitting room with books, television, comfy sofas etc. Good pub with great food nearby. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation and setting and a really warm welcome with fantastic pubs within walking distance. Stayed for four nights which really allowed us to explore. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay. So peaceful - beautiful gardens. Sole use of large comfortable sitting room and very pretty, spacious bedroom above. Kate and Edward made us very welcome. Good walks from the farm, and two pubs within walking distance. Highly recommended.

What can I say that hasn't already been said! We spent 3 nights at Well Farm and everything was perfect. Kate and Edward were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The accomodation was excellent, beautiful views over their lovely garden and fields beyond. The bedroom was upstairs and the separate lounge downstairs were large and felt very homely. We enjoyed the breakfasts and ate out at the great local pubs, the Crown and the Bell and, for a change, had an Italian at the highly recommended Amalfi in Nailsworth. Lots of great walks and gardens to visit and we hope to return.

Well Farm is a lovely countryside property in the Cotswolds. We had a lovely time during our stay. The bedroom was very comfortable and the sitting area was great to wind down and relax. Kate is a great host, extremely friendly and provided us with great tips about the area. Their breakfast is excellent, even featuring their own produce. I would definitely recommend staying at Well Farm and would love to go back.

Wonderful warm and friendly welcome to this beautiful home, surrounded by fields of sheep and a large landscaped garden. We really appreciated the lovely sitting and breakfast room with comfortable sofas and TV with Sky. Upstairs there is a bedroom with extensive views and a very comfortable extra large bed. We visited Westonbirt, Tetbury and Painswick and enjoyed walks in the surrounding area along the Golden Valley. Each night we visited a different local village pub offering excellent food and drink!

We spent a very relaxing comfortable night at Well Farm and enjoyed a delicious meal in The Crown Pub. All Covid rules being adhered to. Definitely would recommend staying at the Farm if you want a quiet night in a beautiful home in the Cotswolds with charming hosts.

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings inside and out plus fantastic food both for breakfast and at the local pub, and best of all, the most charming hosts who really make you feel welcome. It's five star all the way. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderfully restorative few days in this delightful place. The accommodation was extremely attractive, spacious and comfortable, the breakfasts were fabulous, and the dinner, provided by our hosts, at very short notice, was delicious. Most of all, our hosts, Kate and Edward, were exceptionally kind, attentive and hospitable. We thoroughly recommend Well Farm.

We recently had a lovely 1 night stay at Well Farm. Kate’s communication beforehand was very friendly and helpful, and the directions clear despite Well Farm being quite rural! Their house is beautiful and as a guest you are given a lovely sitting room off the main house, which leads up to a cosy bedroom and en suite bathroom. We had a lovely evening relaxing in the sitting room by the fire and then dinner at a pub in the village. Their gardens are fantastic and well worth a stroll around. Overall a lovely, cosy stay and we certainly hope to be back in the future.

My son and I had the most pleasant stay at well farm . The hosts are superb and the accommodation was so well thought out . Staying in the most beautiful house with amazing gardens I thought Id died and gone to heaven . Cannot wAit to return Thank you Kate and Edward and your 2 beautiful dogs xx
