Pepper Pot

We booked last minute and were so pleased we did. Pepper Pot is a wonderful place to get away from the world. It's quick into Fowey for restaurants and beautifully quiet and calm back in Polruan. The bed is super comfortable and the picture window is really special. The steps are definitley steep but they also take you right down to the sea which is a bonus. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived until we left. The owners have used the small space so creatively and I was surprised by the quality of all the furniture & fittings plus the abundance of storage available. Views were beautiful even when it was raining. We used the paddle board and I swam from the steps despite the freezing water! Shops & pubs so close and easy access to the ferry across to Fowey. We will definitely be returning next year.

Fantastic accommodation in a lovely Cornish village. Great walks right on your doorstep. Really good local pubs and restaurants. Jo has thought of everything ….so just turn up and unwind!

We loved staying at Pepperpot not only for the beautiful views but also enjoyed the modern and comfortable set up in the dinky bolt hole which caters for all that you might need. Having access to the kayaks was a big plus and watching the sunrise from the window seat was a memory we’ll savour

My partner and I have just returned from our stay. We both had an amazing time in such a fantastic setting. The hosts were very helpful prior to our stay which allowed us to make the most of our time there. The accommodation and facilities were outstanding allowing us both to have a completely stress free break away. I couldn't recommend it more.

We had a glorious few days at Pepper Pot. The setting is magical and the accommodation just superb. Fantastic attention to detail and quality throughout. We parked up the car for the whole of our stay and delighted ourselves with coastal, creek and cross-country walks, ferry hopping our way between Polruan and Fowey. The stuff that holiday dreams are made of. We'll be back!

My husband and I visited Pepperpot on a last minute whim needing a break. We couldn’t have asked for a better 3 days. Cornwall out of season is stunning. The apartment felt like we were on board a boat in the harbour and the advice on local restaurants and walks was perfect. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Very relaxing days at beautiful Pepper Pot! Everything one needs for a short stay has been thought of and the quality of all the bedding, furniture, bathroom etc is to a very high standard. The view and calming water from the window seat or balcony made this a perfect stay.

We loved sitting in the window seat looking out over the water, just enjoying the lovely views. Great coastal walks straight from the property going north or south. Very good regular ferry to Fowey even in the winter gave us lots of options for walks. The property has everything you need and has been very well designed and thought out.

Amazing location and internally finished to a very high specification . Pepperpot is ideal for a couple looking for a getaway from the huddle and bustle . Views from the apartment are unsurpassable .

Getting here is a little adventure - down steep old stone steps and through narrow walkways. The view that greets you is stunning. Polruan is still a working fishing village, quieter than Fowey, across the water. Take the ferryboat there for restaurants and shops. Observe harbour life from your terrace, clamber down the few steps and dive right in. It's all about the water here.

Pepper Pot is the perfect retreat for couples looking to relax and enjoy stunning scenary. The property is well stocked with everything that we needed. The views and location are exceptional. It is cosy, homely and has modern decor. You couldn't get closer to the estuary unless you are actually in it. We loved kayaking and paddle boarding in the estuary. We could of spent hours sitting in the window seat or out on the balcony, watching the day/evening go by. The local pub was very friendly with a good atmosphere. The walks are stunning and we can't wait to come back.

Pepperpot is a beautiful little bolt hole with fabulous views to wake up to. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony where you can almost touch the water. The Studio has been cleverly designed with every comfort in mind for such a small space. Thoroughly recommend.
