Imagine a full-scale, fully equipped yoga studio for groups, and private kitchens big enough for cookery classes. Location

The neighbourhood

A two-minute drive from the little medieval town of Civitanova Alta, you climb the hill to reach a gated estate with high hedges. There's nobody next door as they virtually own the hillside. When inside, it's another world, with almost everything on tap... from tennis court, fire pit and private pools, to yoga teachers and book-in chefs. The nearest restaurant is Hotel Casablanca, 750m.

We have our own spa, each villa its own pool, one is heatable and we have over 9 acres with our own Yoga and wellness studio.
You can rent both interconnected villas for up to 20 guests or separately for 12 or 8 guests respectively.
We can tailormake your itinerary so if you wish to explore Le Marche we can help you with cooking courses, vineyard visits, bike and hiking tours or truffle hunting to name just a few!
Onsite we can offer massages and treatments, yoga classes, candle making and wine tasting as well as your own private chef and housekeeping, so you can simply lie back and enjoy your holiday.
You are only 1 km from the nearest old town, 7 minutes from the main port and sea, 45 minutes from coastal the cultural reserve of Conero and 45 minutes from the mountains! The best of Italy all in one region!

Based in the UK, Amanda's parents bought the nine-acre estate 30 years ago, updating the buildings over the years. Concierge and chief meeter-greeter Francesca lives on site, and is brilliant at organising a hotel-like in-house service, the full works, from sailing to gelato-making and everything in between.
