The Experience
Enjoy roof-top feasts of organic fruits, Amalfi jams and Neopolitan pastries as you overlook the shopping domes of Galleria Umberto I. Here, up on the fifth floor (there’s a lift) of one of the classiest streets of Naples, it’s walking distance to everything: the Royal Palace, the Opera, the Castel, and the stunning modern metro Toledo.“See Naples and die!” Owner Stefania is a delightful host with a passion for her city, happy to advise you from breakfast until 4pm. You could explore the teeming streets of the Spanish Quarter, track down the best pizzas in Naples (Da Sorbillo is minutes away), or stroll down to the Porto Beverello and catch a ferry to Capri.Splash out on a ‘superior’ bedroom with a big balcony and a view. The comforts are simple but stylish: organic soaps, ample showers, double glazed windows, a soothing palette. The street below is peaceful (for Naples!) and the Via Toledo on the corner is closed to traffic. If you fancy company there’s a welcoming sitting room for guests.

The location is just a short walk from Toledo Metro station and the 5th floor location and outdoor terrace provided an oasis of calm in this bustling city. Continental breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices and being able to eat outside on sunny mornings was a great way to start the day. Front of house team were friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. I stupidly left some items in the safe in our room when we departed and host Stefania couldn't have been more helpful in arranging their safe return to our home address. This was very much appreciated and I would recommend B&B Attico

Visited with another couple and we both thought it was an excellent place to stay. It was lovely being in the centre of Naples but at night it was not noisy. Breakfast on the roof terrace was a delight, bedrooms very comfortable. Would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone wishing to stay in Naples.

Location
The neighbourhood
You’re in the heart of Naples, in an exclusive, relatively peaceful quarter of the city. Five minutes’ walk away are the Royal Palace, Maschio Angioino Castle, Castel dell’Ovo, Piazza del Plebiscito, the fabulous shopping galleries Umberto I°, and the Theatro for music, ballet and opera. Equally close are the old Spanish Quarter, and the port - catch a ferry to Ischia, Capri or the Amalfi coast.
Local points of interest from Sergio Arpaia
- Attico Partenopeo is an elegant resort located in the heart of the historical centre of Naples, at walking distance by the famous Via Toledo, often celebrated by artists and musicians.
- Its exclusively location, with a suggestive terracce on the 16een century dome of the beside Church, offers a particular atmoshere giving a new and sophisticated aspect of the city, a different one from that defined by traditional turistic itineraries.
- The B&B is located just few steps from Toledo Metro Station and Municipio Station. It is easily reachable by Shuttle bus from Airport, as well.
- Products of our breakfast are all locally sourced, when possible. Cheese is local and organic, jam and fruit compote are all from small organic factories from Amalfi Cost or Vesuvius area.
- Stop here and relax in the library corner or, when weather permitts, on the terrace facing all the roof of the centre.

Introducing
Sergio Arpaia
Stefania and husband Sergio, consummate professionals, have backgrounds in hospitality. Stefania is a delightful host, happy to share with you her deep love and knowledge of Naples, while Sergio is occupied running a small hotel in another district of the city. Stefania also has great natural taste, hence the beauty of this contemporary B&B.
An immaculate roof top stay in the centre of this vibrant city; short distance from the Royal Palace, theatre S' Carlo, the Spanish Quarter and stations on Line 1 Metro. Beautifully run with superbly equipped rooms, some with small balconies. An excellent and healthy breakfast can be taken on the roof terrace, only beware of the adjoining church bells striking the hours!
